Celebration of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar

On 26 April, a public lecture “Constitution and Making of Modern India” was organized by Embassy of India with support of Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP) at CICP Conference Room, Phnom Penh.  H.E. Amb. Pou Sothirak, Executive Director, CICP, moderated the session.  Ambassador of India to Cambodia delivered a keynote speech.   A presentation on Constitution and Dr. Ambedkar’s role was made by Mr. Babulal Parihar.  Prof. Taing Ratana of Panasastra University of Cambodia made a presentation on the Cambodian Constitution.  This was followed by a panel discussion and Question-answer session.
