Requirements for Passport Renewal

Supporting documents to be attached with the passport application:

Register yourself, then fill up online form for Renewal of Passport and submit it.

  • Duly filled in Passport Application Form
  • Photographs (3) with white background of size 2”x2” (one affixed on application form and two separate photographs)
  • Copy of passport ( front and back pages)
  • Copy of Cambodian Visa
  • Original Passport
  • Letter on Company letter head
  • Employment contract containing: Name, Designation, Salary, Contract Start/End date.
  • Rent Agreement
  • Bank Statement
  • Work Permit (bring original receipt of payment of work permit)
  • Registration Certificate of the Company
  • Consular officers may ask for more documents if needed.
